What does it cost to process payments?

Do you help me move off my current software?
Yes. Onboarding and migration are included on every plan — we bring over your members, plans, and history and get you live quickly. No DIY data import.
What counts as a member?
Only active members on a paid or active plan count toward your limit — frozen, lapsed, and cancelled members don’t. You control the definitions, so your numbers stay honest.
What happens if I outgrow my plan’s limit?
We’ll help you move up a tier — you’re never cut off or locked out of your own account. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime as things change.
